Simon leads the Consumer Executive Search UK & Ireland and North America business for Nigel Wright Group. He is a truly international executive having lived and worked in UK, Canada, Norway, Germany and the US. Prior to joining Nigel Wright Group Simon was at Korn Ferry where he ran the Consumer Practice for EMEA and worked in New York City building the Consumer and Supply Chain Practice Groups.

Simon holds a Bachelor of Arts in Norwegian & Scandinavian Studies from University College London. He speaks English, Norwegian and conversational German.

Annabel joined Nigel Wright Group from Korn Ferry and smaller boutique firms. Her early career began at PwC and Mars confectionery in accountancy and commercial roles. Her search expertise is broad across FMCG, with a focusing on leading the Food & Drinks practice, but also operating across the broader Consumer market. She has a strong interest in D&I and in ensuring we offer exceptional client delivery. Annabel delivers C-suite and Director level searches across all functional areas.

Annabel holds a B.Com, Commerce and French from the University of Birmingham and L’École Supérieure de Commerce, Brest.

Over a 20+ year career in executive search, Chris has built an extensive global network and knowledge base within consumer goods. With his relationships at C-level across Household Goods and the Home Environment, Chris provides unique counsel and strategic support to executive teams going through periods of growth and transformation.

Chris holds a BSc from Newcastle University majoring in Psychology and Economics.

Emma started her career working in boutique search firms in Ireland before setting up her consultancy business providing research services to Executive Search clients in Ireland and the UK. She then spent 3 years at Korn Ferry before joining Nigel Wright Group in 2022. Emma leads the Delivery team and is passionate about ensuring that quality research remains at the centre of all our projects.

Emma graduated from Trinity College Dublin with a BA in Sociology and Drama & Theatre Studies.

Janice Daffern

Janice has an extensive career in Management Consultancy, Operations and Office Management. She has worked across various industries: banking, oil and gas, and also in the public sector namely the NHS. She is highly organized and has extensive people management and business change expertise. She has considerable experience in project management and has the ability to proactively handle multiple tasks, prioritise work and meet tight, quickly changing deadlines. She truly believes that there is a solution to everything and is relentless in her commitment to deliver her role effectively and with a positive attitude.

Prior to joining Nigel Wright in 2023, Janice has worked for Korn Ferry as a Project Manager and as a Practice Operations Manager for the NHS running a medical centre in North Manchester. Here she was responsible for the administration team and clinicians, HR, facilities, health and safety, complaints, quality and documentation, finance, claims and IT.

Janice earned her BSc. Hons in English and Contemporary History from the University of Salford. She has qualifications in quality management (ISO 9001:2008) and is currently studying towards her PRINCE2 project management qualification.

Andy began his career at the John Lewis Partnership where he held positions in retail management leadership before moving into a HR & Talent Management position.

At Nigel Wright Group, Andy’s primary focus is on leading the commercial desk working on C-suite and Director level appointments in Sales, Marketing, HR and Finance search projects.

Andy has also partnered with several start-up businesses as well as family or founder-led organisations and mid-sized SMEs.
